15-Day In-Store Credit Returns & Exchanges

For your peace of mind, you have 15 days from fulfillment to fall in love with your order. Apparel must be unworn, totes unused, and journals blank. Not the perfect match? We’ll help you turn the page.

1. Is there a fee?

We provide in-store credit for exchanges and returns. There is no additional fee.

2. What are the conditions to process a return or exchange?

Please kindly ensure the following conditions are met:

  • No damages
  • Has not been soiled
  • Has not been washed
  • Has not been worn
  • Has not been altered
  • All labels and tags are attached
  • Exchange has been processed via our customer service within 15 days of fulfillment
  • Shop must contain inventory for exchange

3. What products are excluded from exchanges?

Sale items and any other products marked as "final sale" on their respective product pages.

4. Can I exchange/return an exchange?

No, all exchanged items are considered final sale.

5. When can I expect my exchange/return and in-store credit?

Once we receive the item you are exchanging, we will process the exchange as soon as we can. The new item sent to you depends upon standard shipping timelines.
